We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team at Market One, the elegant coffee and beverage outlet located within the lobby of the hotel. This role is integral to delivering a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, as the Barista will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages in line with established menu standards. The position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, a friendly demeanor, and the flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a Barista at Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, you will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing prompt and courteous service. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all health and safety standards are adhered to. This position offers a competitive wage of $25.34 per hour, with shifts typically starting between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM and closing duties extending until midnight or later depending on the hotel's occupancy and business traffic.
