We are currently seeking an outgoing and energetic Barista to join our dynamic team. This role also involves managing cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring all transactions are accurate by applying basic retail math skills. Beyond the beverage station, you will assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches and wrapping pastries, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Maintaining a clean, organized workspace demonstrates professionalism and adherence to health regulations and safety protocols.
Effective time management is essential, especially during busy periods, to serve customers promptly while maintaining side work and quality standards. The ability to multitask efficiently without compromising attention to detail is a key attribute for success in this position.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Previous experience as a barista or food service setting is highly preferred
- Must be dependable with reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Must be willing to work a mix of mornings and afternoons and availability to work weekend shifts
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Must have a valid Oregon Food Handler's card or willing to obtain one
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling retail math and transaction accuracy
