The opportunity presented is to work with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. Franchisees operate as independent business owners and manage their own terms of employment, including wages and benefits which may vary from one franchise to another. This particular position is for a seasonal part-time role, designed for candidates who are flexible and willing to work during holidays and weekends, supporting the busiest periods for the coffee shop. The role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent customer service while embracing the core values of Scooter's Coffee. Working in this position means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive team that prioritizes quality, community connection, and sustainability, all within the vibrant setting of a specialty coffee shop. Job Requirements
