We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our full-time team at our Key Biscayne location. This role is ideal for individuals who have a genuine love for coffee and a strong commitment to outstanding customer service. As a Barista, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience by preparing a wide variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items with precision and care. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment, including all equipment and utensils, to ensure a pleasant and hygienic space for both employees and customers.

Additionally, this position involves operating POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to manage orders and handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately. You will greet customers warmly, address their needs promptly, and assist with food preparation while adhering strictly to food safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess time management skills to thrive during busy periods without compromising service quality. A knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and current promotions will be necessary to effectively upsell products and enhance overall sales.

The Barista role is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $17.00, with an expected 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Key Biscayne, FL, as this position requires onsite work.
