Job Description

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is a renowned hospitality and gaming destination located in Oklahoma. As the flagship property of Cherokee Nation Businesses' hospitality division, it offers an expansive array of entertainment, dining, gaming, and recreational experiences. With over 2,600 electronic, poker, and table games, a large meeting and convention space spanning more than 35,000 square feet, an 18-hole championship golf course, multiple food and entertainment venues, and a 2,700-seat event center, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa is a hub of vibrant activity and prime destination for visitors seeking excitement and top-tier entertainment. The establishment is recognized for its dynamic atmosphere where music, energy, and exceptional customer service converge to create unforgettable experiences.

The Barista role at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa extends beyond simple coffee preparation; it is about delivering an engaging performance with every drink served and every guest interaction. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments and who view each customer interaction as an opportunity to build genuine connections. Whether you are an experienced barista capable of crafting perfect espresso shots effortlessly or an enthusiastic newcomer eager to develop your skills, this opportunity provides a supportive and stimulating environment for professional growth. Employees benefit from a full-time schedule with stability and the chance to refine technical skills including milk texturing and efficiency during busy periods, enabling them to become masters of their craft.

Joining the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa team means immersing yourself in a workplace culture that values teamwork, motivation, and delivering quality results. The casino and hotel environment requires resilience, flexibility, and the ability to thrive amidst noise and occasional exposure to ambient smoke, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Baristas contribute significantly to the guest experience by providing excellent service with a "VIP Guest" attitude, ensuring workstations are clean and organized, managing financial transactions accurately through POS systems, and promoting safe and sanitary practices. The role also requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and lifting. Additionally, candidates must be prepared to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays to meet the operational needs of the venue.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, operated by Cherokee Nation Entertainment, is committed not only to exceptional guest experiences but also to the well-being of its employees and the community it serves. Employees enjoy comprehensive health and wellness plans including telemedicine access and on-site clinics at select locations. Financial security is supported through generous 401(k) matching programs and paid time off including vacation, sick leave, bereavement, and holidays. Work-life balance is encouraged with flexible spending accounts, maternity and paternity leave, and voluntary benefits to provide added peace of mind. Performance-based incentives, referral rewards, discounts, and holiday appreciation gifts further enhance the workplace experience.
