Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
  • provide excellent customer service
  • operate coffee equipment and cash register

  • assist with opening and closing duties
  • follow health and safety regulations
