The role of Barista at Sodexo is more than just making coffee; it is about being part of a purpose-driven company that believes everyday actions can make a significant difference. This position is an on-call part-time role based in San Dimas, offering weekday morning shifts and a pay range of $19 to $21 per hour. As a Barista, you will be an artist and a champion for fair-trade beverages, responsible for creating high-quality, handcrafted drinks such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, and fruit blends that bring smiles to customers. Additionally, you will operate cash registers, handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments efficiently, while ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee machines, preparation areas, and dining spaces.

This role requires adaptability, reliability, and a team-oriented approach focused on fostering a healthy and safe work environment. While no previous experience is strictly required, it is preferred, and some locations may require Starbucks Barista certification.
