We are currently seeking motivated and passionate Baristas to join our team. This role requires individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, have a knack for crafting delicious and visually appealing beverages, and are capable of managing orders and transactions efficiently. Baristas play a crucial part in our operation by preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including traditional coffee, espresso-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos, various teas, and specialty beverages that highlight our signature blends and seasonal offerings. Attention to detail is important when following precise recipes and ensuring beverages are presented attractively, often including latte art.

The Barista will be responsible for taking customer orders, managing payments accurately, and providing thoughtful recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Our ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about different brewing methods and willing to share this information with customers to help them discover preferred flavors and drink styles. In addition to beverages, Baristas handle the sale and packaging of retail coffee blends and other products, as well as serving light food items such as muffins, pastries, and sandwiches. This position offers the opportunity to develop barista skills in a supportive environment while contributing to the café's friendly and efficient atmosphere.
