Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to prepare coffee and espresso beverages
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work part-time hours

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with residents
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions

- Positive attitude and willingness to assist residents
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and responding to residents promptly and warmly
- Explain menus to residents and answer questions regarding nutritional and dietary information
- Take orders and serve coffee, smoothies, quickly prepared food items, and grab-and-go snacks
- Assist residents as needed during mealtime, such as carrying trays and refilling drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Prepare coffee and espresso beverages
- Support team efforts by participating in training and mentoring programs
