Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to prepare coffee and espresso beverages
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work part-time hours
  • Willingness to assist residents during mealtime
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience with coffee service or espresso beverage preparation preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and warmly with residents
  • Basic knowledge of nutrition and dietary restrictions
  • Ability to work attentively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist residents

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and responding to residents promptly and warmly
  • Explain menus to residents and answer questions regarding nutritional and dietary information
  • Take orders and serve coffee, smoothies, quickly prepared food items, and grab-and-go snacks
  • Assist residents as needed during mealtime, such as carrying trays and refilling drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Prepare coffee and espresso beverages
  • Support team efforts by participating in training and mentoring programs
