Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of barista experience
Knowledge of espresso machine operation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to follow food safety protocols
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least one year of barista experience on a manual machine
Experience with latte art is a plus
Strong commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Familiarity with POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules software
Ability to address problems effectively and professionally
Flexible schedule and open availability

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages using manual machines
Engage guests with warm, hospitable, and knowledgeable service
Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and service standards
Operate POS, reservation, and scheduling technology accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
Resolve guest concerns and turn challenges into positive experiences
Collaborate with team members to support seasonal menu offerings
