Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer facing work experience in a coffee and coffee shop environment preferred
- Possession of a valid local Food Handler's Permit or willingness to obtain within three months of hiring
- Ability to handle cash and use Point of Sales System
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organize workstation
- Capability to maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepares beverage and food orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enters orders into the Point of Sales System (POS)
- accepts cash and charge payments
- Greets customers and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction
- relays relevant concerns to supervisors
- Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains accurately to customers
- Checks and ensures attractive merchandising of display foods
- Serves food neatly and attractively per standard
- Keeps equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- Cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Ensures proper food preparation using approved recipes and production standards
- Serves customers quickly and efficiently without back-ups or snags in serving lines
- Develops a positive working relationship
- Performs other duties as assigned
