Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous customer service experience is a plus
ability to stand for long periods
strong communication skills
availability to work daytime, evenings, and weekends
ability to follow instructions and company policies

Job Duties

Greet customers with a friendly attitude
prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards

handle transactions and operate the cash register accurately
provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
assist in opening and closing duties as required
participate in team meetings and training sessions
