Job Requirements
- Must be available to work mornings with shifts beginning between 5:30am and 8:00am
- relevant training and experience required
- knowledge of applicable health, safety, and legal regulations
- ability to timely obtain required licenses or certificates
- high school education preferred
- excellent mathematical and computer skills
- one year of barista experience is a plus
- ability to assist individuals with disabilities

Job Duties
- Greet all guests according to StepStone and hotel standards
- anticipate and address guests' needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- thank guests with genuine appreciation
- provide quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- handle closing of guest transactions
- close out register and balance cash for shift
- keep cash funds secured
- complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
- bus coffee cart areas and tables
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- check with guests to ensure service and food quality are satisfactory
- notify manager immediately of any guest complaints
- practice and observe all safety rules
- assist all service personnel as requested
- maintain and follow cash handling procedures
- accurately use POS system
