Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or food service experience beneficial
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer service
- Ability to train and motivate team members
- Knowledge of safety and operational procedures
Job Duties
- Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge of coffee and sustainability with guests
- Lead by example to drive sales and service through coaching and training
- Serve as a coffee and tea expert by sharing passion and training with guests
- Generate new guests and build store presence in the local community
- Ensure safety for employees and guests as a top priority
- Assist with cleaning, organizing stock, and contributing innovative ideas for store success
- Represent the brand positively as the face of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf
