Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing hospitality role
- high school diploma or equivalent
- flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items
- operate Turbo Chef oven following instruction and safety requirements
- cook all breakfast sandwiches correctly
- operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers with precision
- greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation to enhance their experience
- take orders accurately, including customizations and dietary preferences
- maintain cleanliness of the café area, equipment, and seating zones
- restock supplies like coffee beans, syrups, cups, and pastries
- upsell and recommend menu items based on guest preferences
- process payments using the hotel’s POS system
- collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service across departments
- comply with health and safety standards and hotel policies
