Job Requirements
- At least one year experience working as a barista
- ability to tolerate extended periods of standing
- ability to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less
- manual dexterity
- auditory and visual skills
- ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures

- ability to operate and maintain espresso machines

- ability to follow company drink recipes and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service selling to customer needs
- follow all company drink recipes and procedures
- brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes
- operate and maintain espresso machines
- maintain, stock and clean barista area
- back up all food service areas including cashiers as needed
- be organized, action oriented and possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills
