Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety and security
engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes

Job Duties

Create a welcoming and positive customer experience through excellent service
prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food beverages following standard recipes
operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
adhere to store safety and security policies
collaborate with team members to meet store goals and operational standards
engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and friendly communication
