Job Requirements

High School Diploma/GED preferred
Prior experience in coffee service or hospitality preferred
Must be available on weekends
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and job procedures
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Able to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Ability to listen effectively, to speak and write English clearly
High School Diploma/GED - preferred but not mandatory
Must be available on weekends
Prior experience in hospitality or coffee service
Thorough organization and time management skills to complete tasks efficiently and timely
Excellent guest service experience
Superior communication skills
Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions
Able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

Takes guest orders and payment using the Point of Sale (POS) system
Prepares beverages and serves food products
Floats between barista, guest service or wherever help is needed
Manages cash drawer and follows all cash handling policies and procedures
Ensures floors are clean and free of debris
Stocks and organizes as needed
Rotates product to ensure the freshest product for the guest
Ensures public area is clean, free of debris and well maintained
Prepares product for later shifts
Grinds coffee for following shifts
Knowledge of basic store operations
Ability to motivate other team members preferred
