Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Maintain positive guest relationships to ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
responsible for offering the highest levels of service and product knowledge
maintain bar pars accurate at all times
provide professionalism and enthusiasm toward guests and co-workers
make coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and iced coffees ensuring consistency and correct temperature
sale pastries, yogurts, smoothies, and fruit cups to guests
stock coffee shop with necessary supplies like cups, lids, utensils, coffee beans, and milk
set up coffee shop following all Biltmore standards
maintain highest levels of sanitation and safety
keep bar and floors clean at all times
generate checks using point of sales system
collect payments via credit cards, room charges, member accounts, and cash
break down coffee shop setup and clean equipment
restock items used during the shift
complete paperwork, tip reports, and cash drops
declare earned gratuities according to government regulations
