Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, kneeling, climbing stairs
- ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- strong communication skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- complete all training material provided to fully understand the menu and deliver excellent customer service
- able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- able to reach, kneel, and climb stairs to storage areas
- able to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.)
Job Duties
- create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
- prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (training provided)
- bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
- maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
- have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
- open to learning new things
