high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a similar role preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

previous experience as a barista or in food and beverage service preferred
strong customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication and interpersonal skills
knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment

Job Duties

make coffee and other beverages
maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
operate coffee machines and related equipment
restock supplies and ingredients as needed
handle cash and process transactions accurately
assist with inventory management
