Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months of related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform related mathematical functions including counting money
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations
Must be able to qualify for any licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
Ability to stand and walk frequently
Ability to use hands to handle objects and controls
Ability to reach with hands and arms
Ability to talk and hear frequently
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl frequently
Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs
Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
Ability to work in noisy, smoke-filled, hot, and fast workflow casino environment

Job Duties

Prepare, display, sell and serve food products at the Parisi Cafe
Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs
Handle, pour and prepare alcoholic beverages
Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
Complete sales to customers including money handling, processing comps, and point of sale operation
Complete deposits at the end of each shift
Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties of counters, display cases, refrigeration units, and beverage machines
Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings
Compile information and complete reports as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and training requirements
Comply with all gaming laws and regulations
Perform duties safely including keeping areas clean and free of hazards
Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
Perform any reasonably requested job duties to promote productivity and business efficiency
