Job Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
basic math and counting skills required
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
must be able to follow company dress code
proficiency in English for communication and following instructions
must complete food handling certification if required by location
capable of lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and extended standing
willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
previous cash handling experience preferred
previous experience as a barista preferred
basic math and counting skills required
must be able to work independently with limited supervision
must follow required dress code as assigned
able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes
complete food handling certification as required

Job Duties

Accurately operate a register or POS and handle cash and credit card transactions
greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
prepare and serve coffees, teas, specialty beverages per brand standards
prepare and serve food items in line with location standards
count, organize and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip and make deposits
adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations or store including cleaning and sanitizing
