Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Open availability for varying shifts and days
Ability to operate cash registers accurately
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Commitment to punctuality and reliability
Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Willingness to perform assigned duties as required

Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
