Job Requirements

Availability for varying shifts between 6:15 AM and 4:30 PM
Must be available for weekend coverage
Must be available for both closing and opening shifts
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time hours (10-15 per week)
Must be punctual and reliable

Job Qualifications

Prior barista or coffee experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow within the coffee industry

Job Duties

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other menu items
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately
Operate coffee equipment and adhere to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Participate in training and continuous learning about coffee and products
