Job Duties
- Greeting customers with a friendly demeanor
- Sharing updates on food and beverage menus and answering customer questions about ingredients
- Taking orders with attention to detail including preferences for coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios
- Performing day-to-day operations of the coffee stand including food and beverage preparation and proper use of coffee equipment, and reporting any maintenance needs
- Keeping the bar area clean and maintaining quality control of products
- Complying with health and safety regulations
- Handling cash and operating a POS system
