Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes, including adjustments such as temperature or ingredient modifications
- Available to perform different tasks within the store during each shift

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet and engage with customers to provide a welcoming Starbucks Experience
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout shifts
- Collaborate effectively with fellow partners to ensure smooth store operations
- Learn and adapt to new beverage recipes and company policies
- Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and team members to meet customer needs
