Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience
Willingness to obtain Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications within 90 days
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout shift
Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Outgoing and friendly demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience
Food service experience preferred
Food Safety certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
Alcohol Awareness certification or willingness to complete within 90 days
Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for guest service

Job Duties

Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
Keep the cafe clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
