Job Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages using manual machines
Provide hospitable and accurate service to guests
Follow established steps of service and food safety standards
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and positively
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
Operate POS systems including Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
