Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be at least 16 years old or meet local labor laws
- basic math and cash handling skills
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty drinks according to company recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- handle cash and process transactions accurately
- restock supplies and manage inventory levels
- participate in ongoing training to improve skills and product knowledge
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
