Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • reliable transportation to Charlotte Airport
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
  • answer any questions from guests
  • call guests by name and thank them for their order
  • provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • provide legendary customer service
  • stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
  • set a positive example for the team
  • operate a cash register and receive payments from guests
  • follow all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
  • keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
  • act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance company culture, values and mission
  • follow operational policies including safety and security
