Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
reliable transportation to Charlotte Airport
legal authorization to work in the United States

ability to stay calm and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills

Job Duties

Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
answer any questions from guests
call guests by name and thank them for their order
provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
provide legendary customer service
stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
set a positive example for the team
operate a cash register and receive payments from guests
follow all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance company culture, values and mission
follow operational policies including safety and security
