Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable transportation to Charlotte Airport
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with a smile while taking food and drink orders
- answer any questions from guests
- call guests by name and thank them for their order
- provide and prepare quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- provide legendary customer service
- stay calm during high volume periods to keep the store operating properly
- set a positive example for the team
- operate a cash register and receive payments from guests
- follow all brand and HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies and procedures
- keep the store clean, stocked, organized and decorate customer display areas
- act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to enhance company culture, values and mission
- follow operational policies including safety and security
