Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
- Ability to work part-time with flexible scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time during shifts
- Availability to work during peak hours and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience with cash register
- Strong work ethic, honesty and integrity
- Love of great food and coffee
- Ability to engage with customers in a positive and friendly manner
- Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation
Job Duties
- Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions
- Prepare coffee and tea drinks to desired specifications
- Give every customer your individual and sincere attention
- Setup and maintain attractive sales displays
- Take orders and run food
- Sense of urgency especially during rushes
- Maintain a clean retail space including dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning counters, and taking out trash throughout the day and at shift end
