Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Commitment to follow company core values of friendliness, respect, ownership, teamwork, and honesty

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Ability to learn and apply coffee and tea product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for coffee and tea
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
Willingness to adhere to safety standards and store policies

Job Duties

Be a warm host guiding guests through their coffee experience providing exceptional guest service
Create coffee moments by sharing knowledge about coffee, tea, and sustainability practices
Be a coffee and tea expert by learning and sharing product knowledge
Generate new guests and build community connections
Care about safety by prioritizing safe and healthy environments for employees and guests
Contribute to store tidiness, organize stock, and innovate improvements
Take initiative with tasks, ideas, and contribute to the store's overall success
