Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer-facing role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- capable of standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- basic cash handling skills

Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
- follow health and safety guidelines
- restock supplies and inventory management
- assist in opening and closing procedures
