Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Customer service experience
Detail-oriented attitude
Willingness to undergo cross-training in food prep
Valid Food Handler Certificate
Valid TABC certification
Availability to work weekends

Job Qualifications

18 plus years of age
Customer service experience and detail-oriented
Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
Current Food Handler Certificate and TABC
Previous experience as a barista or in a high-volume drive-thru position is a plus

Job Duties

Warmly greet customers and take orders with a smile
Craft high-quality espresso, tea, and smoothie beverages according to specifications
Process customer payments using the POS system and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Cross-train and assist in basic food prep techniques for grab-and-go items
Stock and replenish products throughout the shift
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee shop
Provide exceptional customer service by offering menu recommendations when asked
