Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Food Handler Certificate required
TABC certification required
Minimum one year experience as a cashier or prior customer service experience
Must speak, read, and understand English fluently
Ability to lift and move approximately 15 pounds
Ability to perform safety and emergency procedures
Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, and reach daily
Ability to use point of sale equipment
Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion and fine motor skills
Ability to work in extreme temperatures
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read and write effectively
Ability to sustain direct public contact with high customer service engagement

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Food Handler Certificate
Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certification
Minimum one year experience as a cashier or in customer service
Ability to communicate clearly in English
Knowledge of beverage preparation and customer service best practices
Ability to perform basic arithmetic and operate point-of-sale equipment
Capability to work in extreme temperatures and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties

Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, or specialty beverages
Take orders and serve baked goods and sandwiches
Describe menu items to guests and suggest appealing products
Order, receive, and stock supplies or retail products
Use upselling and suggestive selling techniques to increase sales
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the store including counters and brewing equipment
Assist in training new employees and attend product knowledge sessions
