Job Requirements

Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout peak seasons including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Must be 18 years old or older
Prior Barista experience preferred

Job Duties

Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift
Operate cash register, accept cash and credit cards
Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests
Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area
Process guests' food and beverage orders and up sell products
Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost
Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests
Answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner
Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the park upheld
Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift with emphasis on accuracy and integrity
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing concerns related to cash transactions
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a compliant, efficient, and secure cash-handling process
Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for team members and guests
Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally
Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages
Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Perform other duties as assigned
