Job Requirements
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently

- knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation a plus
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a customer-first attitude
- take orders accurately and efficiently
- prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages following recipes and service standards
- operate brewing and other café equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- assist with deep cleaning and restocking supplies
- report maintenance issues promptly
- handle guest concerns with care and professionalism
