Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of barista experience preferred
- ability to work an on-call schedule with variable days and hours
- capability to perform physical tasks related to food and beverage preparation
- ability to follow HACCP guidelines
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of espresso and coffee preparation techniques
- ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- strong customer service and communication skills

- ability to work flexible, on-call hours
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders accurately using standard recipes
- enters customer orders into POS device and handles payment transactions
- replenishes condiments and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- ensures food presentation, portion control, and proper serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment and utensils
- cleans workstation and equipment thoroughly after shifts
- greets customers courteously and addresses concerns to supervisors
- serves customers efficiently to prevent delays
- explains daily menu items clearly to customers
- applies selling techniques to assist customer buying decisions
- ensures attractive merchandising and neat food presentation
- performs other duties as assigned
