Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
one year of barista experience
ability to work flexible hours
passion for customer service
ability to stand for extended periods
good communication skills
willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Job Qualifications

At least one year of previous barista experience
strong interpersonal and communication skills
passion for great food and exceptional service
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
team player with a guest-first attitude

Job Duties

Follow proper steps of service
adhere to all company guidelines
use skill and knowledge to create a memorable dining experience
prepare and serve coffee and other beverages expertly
maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
engage positively with guests to provide friendly and accommodating service
work collaboratively with team members
