Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
good communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
basic math skills for handling transactions
willingness to work as part of a team
prior experience in food service is a plus

Job Qualifications

previous experience in a customer service or barista role preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

greet customers warmly and take drink orders
prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently
handle cash transactions accurately
provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues
promote menu items and new products
