Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic English proficiency
- reliable transportation if required by franchisee
- willingness to comply with all franchisee-specific policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred
- knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- operate coffee brewing equipment and point-of-sale systems
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
