Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year experience in retail or fast paced food service or hospitality
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year experience in retail or fast paced food service or hospitality preferred
- previous fast paced coffee experience preferred
- drive-thru experience is preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- deliver the Better Buzz experience with fast and friendly service
- prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to recipe standards
- assist with setup, cleanup, stock work, and special tasks
- maintain a clean and inviting store environment for guests and team members
- work at a fast pace
- multitask effectively
- build friendly relationships with guests and support the team
