Job Requirements

Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Dependable and punctual
Good customer service attitude
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Basic English proficiency

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Collaborate with team members to promote a positive and productive workplace
