Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- available to work from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- willingness to motivate and collaborate with team members
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure
- customer service experience is a plus
- enthusiasm for learning about coffee and hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
