Job Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred though not necessary
- Must be trained as a Front of House Crew Member before qualifying for Barista if no previous experience
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Minimum hiring age is 16 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare all espresso drinks using the espresso machine for in store and drive through orders including for blended affogatos
- Prepare chai and hot teas as needed for in store and drive thru orders
- Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the espresso bar
- Follow brand standards and health safety protocols
- Engage with customers to ensure a pleasant experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
