Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic math and cash handling skills
good physical stamina
ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies

Job Qualifications

prior experience in a barista or customer service role preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work well in a team environment
attention to detail and commitment to quality
knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus
ability to handle fast-paced work environment

Job Duties

prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to menu standards
fulfill guest orders accurately and efficiently
maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area
provide friendly and welcoming service to all guests
restock supplies and ingredients as needed
follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment
assist with daily operations of the coffee shop
