Job Duties

Greet all customers with a friendly smile
provide friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer
take food and drink orders
understand the food and beverage menu in order to provide the best possible description and execution of menu items to your guests
have an in-depth understanding of the coffee preparation process, including specialty drinks
accurately and efficiently enter order into POS system
receive and prepare orders sent through from the POS system
clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest
maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and enthusiastic manner
