Job Duties

perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
greet customers
take orders
prepare and serve beverages and food items according to service standards
clean, sanitize and maintain store standards
ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils
maintain adequate inventory and communicate shortages
efficiently serve customers with knowledge about offerings
assist with administrative duties including ordering products, organizing stockrooms and coordinating vendors
research and resolve quality and service complaints
receive, unload and distribute deliveries
perform occasional sign waving shifts
perform other duties as assigned
