Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
reliable and punctual
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
excellent customer service skills
physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
adherence to company policies and procedures
strong problem-solving skills
positive and friendly attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in customer service or food and beverage industry beneficial
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask efficiently
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
enthusiasm for coffee culture and community engagement
ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service
resolve customer complaints
comply with Mercurys policies and procedures
attend staff and company meetings
maintain calm during high volume periods
ensure beverages meet company standards
report equipment issues to management
maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
problem solve and escalate as needed
perform additional tasks as assigned
execute opening, closing, and shift change procedures including cash handling
